How to Create a Classic Kit Listing

Classic kits refer to any quilt kit you have for sale in your physical or online shop outside of Quiltster.com. The patterns associated with these kits are typically not available in Quiltster.  Due to this, you will need to provide your own product image and complete data for these listings.

Start by visiting the Seller CMS

  • Log in with your seller account.
  • Go to Inventory > Kits
  • Click the plus sign to add a new kit.
  • Choose “Classic Kit”

This will open a Classic Kit listing page.   Please fill out the form. Items listed with *** are required.

Basic Info

  • Title ***
  • Current Kit Image ***
  • Description ***
    • Must be more than 25 characters and cannot be the same as the title of the kit.  Take this opportunity to tell customers why they need to buy this kit and what makes it special.

What’s Included

Check the boxes for backing and/or binding if it’s included.

Inventory

  • Inventory Quantity ***

Pricing

  • Variant ***
    • At least one variant must be checked in order for the listing to  publish to the Marketplace.
  • Price ***
  • Sale Price
  • Shipping Item Fee
    • Filling this out overrides company settings. See “Shipping Fees” for more information.
  • Sale Price Scheduling

  • UPC
  • Finished Size ***
  • Layout Size ***
