Judy is the creator of a series of foundation paper-piecing techniques that helps quilters with minimal previous experience create intricate and heirloom quality quilts. Her patterns support these techniques and with the help of Quiltster, quilters have the ability to go from the planning process through to the finished quilt using unique skills which can be taught over several days.

In addition to designing patterns for Quiltworx.com, Brad, son of Quiltworx owner, Judy Niemeyer, developed a unique method to turn line art into an interactive user experience specifically for Quiltster's Quilt Planner. This experience allows quilters to easily color predesigned patterns, knowing they will get a true rendition of their project every time. Brad's method enabled us to partner with designers from around the industry and offer our members a variety of patterns to customize.
