How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Click Account on the main menu near the top right of the page
- Select Account from the drop down options on the menu
- Click Cancel Plan, then confirm cancellation.
That’s it!
Once you click Cancel Plan, your upcoming renewal will be stopped but you’ll still have access to the Quilt Planner until the end of the current billing cycle.
After cancelling, your close date will be posted at the top of your Account page in red so you know exactly when you will no longer have access to the Quilt Planner or your projects.
- Monthly plans stay active through the remainder of the current 30-day billing cycle
- Annual plans stay active through the remainder of the current 12-month billing cycle
What Happens to Your Projects?
Good news! Your projects aren’t going anywhere!
After you cancel, all of your projects are safely stored in your account. You won’t be able to access them without an active subscription, but they’ll be ready and waiting for you whenever you come back.
Just resubscribe using the same email address, and you can pick up right where you left off.
Pro Tip: Export Your Projects
Not sure when you’ll be back? No problem.
If you want a permanent copy of your projects, head to the Print Page for each one and save a PDF to your computer or print a physical copy. It’s a great way to keep your plans handy so you have them after you cancel.
Make sure to do this before you cancel.
Changed Your Mind?
We love a good plot twist.
- Before your subscription ends:
Log in, go to your Account page, and click Keep Subscription to continue without interruption. - After your subscription ends:
Resubscribe by going through the subscription process again using the same email address to regain access to your projects.
Using a different email address at sign-up will create a brand new account, so be sure to use the original one!
Quiltworx Box Program
If you’re participating in the Quiltworx Box Subscription program through our partners at Quiltworx, you may not see the Cancel Plan button on your Account page.
In that case, please reach out to customer support and we’ll take care of it for you.
