Report an Issue

  • If the issue happened while working on a project, please provide the project ID number which can be found in the Details panel inside the Quilt Planner.

  • Technical Details

  • Check property settings (apple menu, windows settings, etc.)
  • Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.
  • Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, etc.
  • Try using a different computer, tablet or smartphone and see if the issue happens there too.
  • Any other details are helpful such as which pattern you were using, which pages you were visiting, etc.
  • Include up to 3 screen shots. Include your entire screen in the screenshot.
