Who Fulfills Your Marketplace Orders?
Understanding Quiltster's Marketplace Sellers
If you’ve ever ordered a quilt kit on Quiltster.com, you might wonder—where is this coming from? Is Quiltster the brand behind the fabrics and patterns?
It’s a great question, and the answer helps highlight the heart of what we do.
Quiltster is a digital platform—think of us like Etsy, but for quilters. We don’t hold inventory. We don’t have a warehouse. We don’t pack and ship quilt kits. Instead, we partner with amazing quilt shops and designers from across the country who do.
Each kit, pattern or product you see in the Quiltster Marketplace is sold and shipped directly by one of our partners, such as Quiltworx, Always Quilting, or one of our many quilt shop collaborators. You’ll always see the name of the seller listed clearly on each product page under “Sold by” on each product listing and that’s who’s preparing and sending your order with care.
This distinction is important because while we work closely with our sellers, we are not the same company. For example, Quiltworx is a valued partner, but they are their own company with their own team and website.
Quiltster provides the technology: a visual Quilt Planner, a centralized Marketplace, and the ability for you to design your quilt before buying the kit. Our partners provide the materials and expert knowledge to bring those projects to life.
We’re proud to collaborate with some of the most talented names in quilting, and we hope this helps clarify how we all work together to make your quilting experience easier, more inspiring, and more personal.
