Activating your Free Trial
Upon delivery of your Quiltworx Box, a brochure is included which contains a coupon code for Quiltster. To activate your free-trial membership:
New Quiltster Members
- Subscribe at Quiltster.com/subscribe using the same email address that you used to purchase the Quiltworx box on the Quiltworx site.
- Enter the coupon code during the subscription process under Payment Details. Enter the code in all caps and as one word, then click “Start My Subscription”.
Existing Quiltster Members
Existing members may add the coupon code under the Coupon section on your Account page. If the email address you use to log into Quiltster differs from the one you used to purchase your Quiltworx box, please contact customer service for assistance.
Please note: If you already have a coupon activated on your account, adding the Quiltworx Box coupon will override the previous coupon. The previous coupon will become inactive at that time and any unused time is now forfeit.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many times do I need to enter the Quiltworx Box coupon?
Once. Regardless of how many Quiltworx Boxes you purchase, the code needs to be added to your account only one time. Our system periodically checks for additional boxes and updates your account accordingly. This lets you purchase boxes at your leisure and you don’t have to worry about reading the code each time.
When does my free trial start?
New Quiltster Members: Your free-trial period begins right away.
Existing Quiltster Members: Your free-trial begins at your upcoming renewal date which can be seen on your Account page.
Where can I see how much of my free trial is left?
Your Account page displays when your free trial period start date and end date.
Why am I receiving Monthly Subscription reminders?
Regardless of the subscription you chose at sign-up, the Quiltworx Box coupon switches your subscription to the monthly subscription plan while you are in the free-trial period. During this time you will receive reminders that your “monthly subscription” is renewing and your card will be charged, however, the amount your card will be charged is $0 which is also reflected on your Account page.
What happens when the free trial ends?
New Quiltster Members:
If you were a new member at the time of activating your Quiltworx Box coupon, your Quiltster subscription will automatically renew on the Monthly subscription plan for $9.99 beginning on the first billing period after your free trial ends. Your subscription will then continue to automatically renew every 30 days for $9.99, until cancelled.
Existing Quiltster Members:
If you were an existing subscriber prior to activating your Quiltworx Box Club free trial, your Quiltster subscription will automatically renew beginning on the first billing period after your free trial ends and it will default to the subscription plan you were on prior to the free trial.
What happens to unused time on my free trial if I cancel my Quiltster subscription?
If you decide to cancel your Quiltster subscription prior to the end of your free trial period, the unused free trial months are forfeit.
What happens if I already have a coupon on my Quiltster account and then add this one?
Quiltster allows use of one active coupon code at a time. Applying a second coupon to your subscription will override any currently active coupons on your account. Unused time on the previous coupon will become forfeit. The new coupon will become active.
